- new project development from quality side
- ensure that all Customer Requirements are properly understand and implemented
- support for other team members (R&D, Process) during new standard preparation (norms, procedures, etc)
- represent Voice of the Customer, direct contact with Customer
- management of implementation new project on the line from quality side
- preparation of validation plan and continuous monitoring over its realization
- preparation of quality documentation for customer and needed for production
- support in production preparation of new product before customer audit
- participation in process audits (internal, customer)
- presentation to customer of Initial Samples submission process (PPAP)
- components analysis, verification and validation of Initial Samples submission process (PPAP) from supplier
- reporting quality results on project meetings
- in case of customer claims analysis perfomermed to assure customer line, detect a root cause and avoid problem in the future

- contact with supplier as soon as issue is detected
- verify the yearly conformity of the purchased components (Yearly Initial Sample approval)
- initiate in SRM an incident (C1/C2 or WR) to the supplier in accordance with SQM (Supplier Quality Manual)
- follow-up each incident and ensure if QR reactivity is met in accordance with Group Standard
- close cooperation with production line
- preparing technical documents and instructions on production line
- STOP SCRAP meeting coordination - participation in quality analysis of products
