Project Coordinator - Talent Acquisition Europe
• Run end-to-end recruitment process which involves managing and developing candidate pipeline, phone screening and face-to-face interviewing alongside hiring managers, offers to candidates, advise hiring managers on selection decisions based on your recruitment expertise, assist with development/refinement of job descriptions;
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of recruitment process and practices, like employee referrals and job postings;
• Participate
• Participate in projects to implement improvements and enhancements to current systems, technologies, practices and procedures used by the talent acquisition department;
• Execute projects designed to improve the end to end recruitment process.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner with Recruitment Planning initiatives,
• Work with our Talent Acquisition Support team to ensure that timely and professional communications are issued to candidates, employee referrals and those who have referred employees.
• Designs Talent Maps to anticipate needs and give additional market insights to HRBPs and hiring managers
• Project manages the day-to-day performance vendors and other client projects
• Acting as a point of contact for hiring managers regarding recruitment topics
• Working in high pressured, fast paced and changing environment

• Working with job boards and networking portals, headhunting and executing other talent search strategies in order to identify high quality Candidates
• Building database and developing a talent pipeline
• Selection of incoming applications
• Phone interview
• Preparing Job Descriptions and job postings
• Support other HR activities and projects
• Liaising with managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences
• Building strong positive relations with candidates
• Preparing various recruitment reports as required
• Updating recruitment database and carrying out various administrative tasks
