Senior HR Specialist
Employment Policy and Working Conditions Team:
• Developing employment policy, workplace regulations, staffing procedures
• Day-to-day supervision of personnel processes
• Communication with staff on matters related to staff complaints and with the courts on matters related to court cases involving staff
• Developing programmes which build a friendly working environment and support a healthy work-life balance
Planning and Budgeting Team:
• Creating and monitoring the performance of plans for employment levels and personnel costs
• Reporting to the Board and organisational units, and providing support for simulations and analyses of personnel costs
• Participation in processes related to remuneration, pay increases and calculating bonuses
Payroll Team:
• Managing a team (15 FTEs) of payroll specialists for a period of one year
• Leader for the implementation of SAP HR (payroll module – leading the project; managthe team; responsible for functional concept, tests, training for users)
• Paying remuneration and other payments to employees,
• Making payments to the Social Insurance Agency, the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled People and the Tax Office; drafting reports for the Central Statistics Office
• Providing services to clients
