• Full cycle recruitment process:
- direct search of IT talents in: Software Development (Java, Scala, Ruby, Python, Front-End, PHP), Mobile (iOS, Android), Quality Assurance specialists (Automation, Manual, Mobile);
- collaborate with teams to deeply understand hiring needs;
- develop unique full cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria for each role;
- identifying, screening and interviewing (phone/Skype/personal) suitable candidates;
- scheduling and conducting interviews with technical specialists, managers and clients;
- verify references and run background checks;
- negotiate salary with candidates, prepare written offer letters, and other paperwork needed at the time of job offer;
- proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible.
