− Providing business analysis and project management where appropriate
− Assisting with the transition of new systems and processes after merger of the company
− Gathering requirements, designing new processes within operations area including process documentation and sign-off
− Running tests of implemented solutions (Aquila Forms and JE, PIMAC, WaRM)
− Dealing with issues and monitoring them
− Ensuring good communication and building relationships with stakeholders (Project Managers, Operational Managers, Technology, End Users) of implemented changes
− Supporting colleagues with training and materials, being Subject Matter Expert of newly transitioned systems into Krakow office
− Contributing to various initiatives and activities, such as change management, continuous process improvement

- Providing support within agreed scope within end-to-end process activities related to servicing clients’ requests according to provided instructions and with completion within agreed SLA
- Providing accurate service in all aspects of defined contribution plan administration (data manipulation, investments, data loading, fund allocations, cash flows)
- Preparing reports on a weekly/monthly basis with commentary
- Cash receipts and payments accounting on a daily basis
- Allocate work in the teams and run daily report of work volume in purpose to monitor progress and internal SLAs
- Supporting colleagues by advising and coaching, taking over initiative in dealing with complex tasks and ad-hoc situations
- Identifying areas of potential risks and following escalations procedures
- Enhancing team spirit by setting examples in performance and work attitude
