- Responsible for ENZO BPO project and mainly focusing in the area of cash inflow and receivables for major account management.

- Liaise with client and team to ensure alignment into the global standard.

- Proactively seek and recommend business improvement process and tools, especially in the area of potential RPA (Robotic Processing Automation).

- Conduct direct either outbound or inbound call and email to client’s customers by purposing of outstanding reconciliation, planning payment,
dispute analysis, and any other particular related issues.

- Liaise with treasury team in India to ensure all incoming cash would be
allocated properly.

- Log on, follow up, and settle for all dispute raised issue in major account
management.

- Prepare and analyze Profit and Loss Report per Cost Center and per Program by Genre for Annual Budget, MTD, YTD, and Projection.

- Provide monthly analysis for loss margin program.

- Provide monthly distinctive analysis for Box Office Movie and Series program.

- Prepare and analyze monthly Management Report (Budget Display).

- Review monthly Management Report (Accounting Display).

- Prepare and analyze monthly Overhead Rate Card calculation.

- Prepare monthly Cost Center Report in detail transaction.

- Prepare Annual Budget.

- Review realization database.

- Review Purchase Requisition.

- Perform and provide analysis for any ad hoc raised issue.

- Prepare and analyze budget for Free Cash Flow.

- Prepare and analyze budget for System Admin General Expense.

- Prepare and analyze budget for Advertising, Retail, Sales Incentive, and Sales Promotion.

- Prepare Sales & Operational Production report.

- Prepare Profit and Loss forecasting report.

- Prepare Advertising Spending report.

- Prepare SAG Overview report.

- Prepare Cost to Serve and Inventory report for Supply Chain Dept.

- Prepare Net Sales and Gross Margin report for Customer Satisfaction Dept.

- Compile, analyze, and upload data of Sales Unit, Pricing Structure, Schedule Cost, SAG, Transportation and Unit Retread.

- Prepare Balance Scorecard Dashboard Report.

- Prepare Accounting Report for Government Relation Dept.

- Prepare Management Operational Review presentation.

- Prepare and release payment.

- Maintain daily cash flow, cash forecast, and funding availability.

- Conduct foreign currency purchased dealing.

- Communicate with vendors and bank due to payment issue or any term related.

- Prepare Intercompany Billing System Aging.

- Prepare Export Transaction Detail report for Central Bank of Indonesia.

- Prepare DPO report for Purchasing Department.

- Reconcile several GL accounts assigned.

- Maintain unclaimed dividend balance.

- Calculate monthly accrued interest of prepayment.

- Organize filing of payment document.

- Provide audit service for assigned clients, for instances audit for cash, account receivable, account payable, equity, expense, legal review, and etc.

- Contribute in particular PwC projects, such as AUP Project, CSR Project, Greenhouse Calculation Project, and Graduate Project.

- Participate in regularly training, both self development and skill improvement
training.

- Provide audit service for assigned clients, for instances audit for cash, account receivable, account payable, equity, expense, legal review, and etc.

- Contribute in particular PwC projects, such as AUP Project, CSR Project, Greenhouse Calculation Project, and Graduate Project.

- Participate in regularly training, both self development and skill improvement training.
