Main responsibilities:

Strategic Outsourcing:
- identification of potential & reliable suppliers and innovative products
- development and maintenance of relationship with Contract Manufacturers
- negotiations and finalization of Service Level Agreements, manufacturing costs and other terms and conditions of cooperation
- optimization of sourcing costs and related activities
- double and/or multiple sourcing of key products
- ongoing relationship and performance management of suppliers
- coordination of Supply Chain and Claim process with suppliers

Business Development:
- finding new products and technologies
- in licensing of predefined products
- identification of new products/technologies from abroad and recommendation to the Management Board
- identification of business opportunities in Polish market based on the knowledge gained from different suppliers from abroad, presentation of potential business possibilities to Marketing Department
- presentation of business trends taking place worldwide to Management Board and Marketing Department R&D,

Technology Transfers:
- development of relationship with License Holders of attractive products and finalization of the product supply agreements for Polish Market
- technology transfer to US Pharmacia
- cooperation with R&D laboratories for development of new products, drug delivery systems and new forms

Additional responsibilities :
- support to Logistics, Quality services, Regulatory department in cooperation with Contract manufacturer
- supervision of cooperation with CM and interventions in difficult situations
- supervision of all the communication channels in US Pharmacia to CM
- adjustment of all the claims to CM (quality issues or mechanical damages)

- development of contract manufacturing services in domestic market with companies like Jelfa, ICN Valeant, Polfa Grodzisk

Additional responsibilities:
- supervision of supply chain of raw materials from India and China
- responsible for global logistics issues including custom clearance in Poland etc.
- authorized for representing Ipochem before Ministry of Commerce for arranging import license for hazardous and restricted chemicals
