- Managing the team through set of defined KPIs and SLAs monitored through performance review;
- Process improvement leading and implementing within e-procurement

Responsible for timely and effective handling of internal customer purchase requests for indirect products and services within Purchase To Pay process across EMEA countries:
- Executing sourcing strategies;
- Investigating, understanding and fulfilment internal customers’ requirements and expectations;
- Negotiating commercial conditions;
- Purchase orders management, deliveries monitoring, gaining and reporting additional profits

Contract execution in the aspect of timely and complete deliveries; expediting, coordination and managing of on-site deliveries, intercompany logistics processes coordination to ensure project timely completion

Expediting, setting logistics standards for deliveries, scheduling supplies of parts and materials as per production requirement, stock control, clients claims handling, oversized transportation arrangements

Coordination of logistics processes between intercompany units from different countries; claims handling, spare parts purchase and sale

Market research and vendor selection, goods and services ordering based on bill of materials and project requirements; responsible for timely deliveries from vendors and intercompany units within the project; documents translation
