Team Leader Recruitment Administration
supporting implementation of the new client in different AMS location
managing team up to 12 individuals
responsibility for designating goals for the teams, performance management, development and succession planning
adhering to set teams’ KPIs and SLAs, monitoring and driving teams’ performance and quality
managing the teams’ holiday and sickness and ensure that sufficient cover is provided as required
encouraging teams’ work, flexibility and knowledge sharing
acting as a local point of escalations, resolving issues

supporting helpdesk
managing Customer Support EIC system
being Subject Matter Expert in SAP system, in Taleo and I-Grasp usage and Administration tasks
managing workload and coordinating updates in the Administration Mailbox and Trackers
active participation in the implementation of the new processes
pro-active collaboration with CSM on process improvement and changes
being contact point for escalations for Administration process
sharing knowledge and experience with junior team members and the on-site team
preparing and conducting team meetings
providing Team Leader and CSM with monthly reports and statistics
implementing and conducting spot-checks for the Admin Building and maintaining strong working relationships with the on-site teams
being involved in Action Plan/Personal Improvement Plan prepared for a team member
raising the paperwork for the provision of contracts and forwarding to the relevant business areas
