 being contact point for escalations for Administration process
 sharing knowledge and experience with junior team members and the on-site team
 preparing and conducting team meetings
 providing Team Leader and CSM with monthly reports and statistics
 implementing and conducting spot-checks for the Admin Building and maintaining strong working relationships with the on-site teams
 being involved in Action Plan/Personal Improvement Plan prepared for a team member
