Preparation of bids / tenders (competitive bidding in both the Public and Private Sectors)
Reviewing bids and ensuring that they are in line with the business objectives

Maintain cost control procedures, preparing project cost reports and budgets, preparation of periodic audits
Building and managing schedules using MS Project (for projects between 4.0 and 15.0 millions of Euro)
Leading, motivating and managing a team in all aspects of estimating, planning and resource evaluation ( 6 direct subordinates, up to 10 indirect subordinates )
Relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Controlling the budget for each project, maintaining the agreed levels of Expenditure (Cost to Budget Report, Project Budget Reports)
Cash-flow forecasts and monitoring
Applications of various progress methods to ensure the project schedule is on track to meet deadlines
Creation and assembly of all the documentation required for publishing and inviting competitive bids or tenders (advance knowledge of PL - PZP - Public procurement / tender law)
Comparison of bids received, including an assessment of the validity of each compared to the tendering requirements
Developing and maintaining detailed project schedule
Monitoring cost and commitment through registration, invoice review
Review and finalize accounts upon project close-out – Project Final Reports
