3E - Empowerment for Youth Workers
In our project we want to respond to the problem that some of the current problems and issues in the implementation of activities for young people is not always given sufficient attention, especially working with ICT, covering topics such empowerment, employability and entrepreneurship. The fundamental shortcoming we also found on the impact of projects and related activities. Therefore we decided to implement this training which will be based primarily on understanding the problems of "3E" and will solve partial problems of partner organizations, it will serve as the exchange of good practices and it will affect the rights of the problematic issues in the preparation and implementation of youth projects - impact and promotion.

Where are we going?
The international Youth exchange which took a place in Lublin (Poland). In this project participated 25 young people from Czech Republic, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Turkey. The main goal of project was an answer for question - 'Where are we going?' in two perspectives: individual and group. Youth took part in my workshops about: positive psychology, art therapy, fast reading, stimulating of creativity and mikro-expression. I also conduct journalism workshops about minority rights. In order to share to others the knowledge which participants gained during the project and in order to acquire specific skills, participants worked in five international groups that created: 1. Radio Broadcast about future of European Union 2. TV programme about ecology 3. Newspaper about minority rights 4. Painting exhibition 5. Performance for children

Don't let them mess with you!
Long-term cooperation with Czech friends which started during czech youth exchange in Prague about bullying, cyberbullying and children's rights. Between 2013-2014 both polish and czech group conducted in own country survey in schools about those topics. Results were showed during Final Conference of the project in the Chamber of Deputies in Prague. Conference brought together policymakers, lawman, policeman, security experts on the Internet and young people, who participated in the project to explore how bullying and cyberbullying affects people in young age and to share the latest research on strategies and solutions to help reduce the prevalence and impact of bullying. Am I right?
The project took place in Poznan (Poland). The main goal of exchange was overcoming mental borders by art and journalism. The participants of exchange were from Estonia, Portugal, Poland and Turkey. Youth worked in 4 groups which resulted in the formation of: 1. Graphics and photography, 2. Radio broadcast, 3. Music. The topics of the project: 1. Models of human behavior in the twenty-first century (family, education, entry into adulthood) 2. Proper relationships: - Entering a new environment - The stages of establishing friendship - Stereotypes created by the rumors and the Internet - how to overcome them? 3. Difficulties in getting into the adult life: - Looking for work - Definition of life purpose 4 Overcoming mental barriers (language, related to the origin, lack of self-confidence, social exclusion)

Trade your culture
The project brought together 32 young participants from 5 countries in Europe – Romania, Estonia, Irland, Poland and Sweden – to work together in Pucioasa in Romania, on the topic of culture and traditions. The aim of the project was to raise awareness towards other cultures – confronting youngsters from five different cultural areas in Europe- in order to develop solidarity and sense of tolerance and foster cooperation among European youngsters. For 10 days, beginning on 10th until 19th of April 2010, the participants involved in the project coped with the program activities built according to their needs and interests and the socio-cultural situation in East, West and Northern Europe.
