- providing support for Regional Study Managers in their activities in Central Europe Region (different studies: haematology, oncology, depression)
- providing clinical support for projects in Central Europe Region according to Standard Operating Procedures, GCP
- providing support for regional study team ( all CRAs and CTAs in Central Europe Region) in all document-related and administrative issues
- providing support for CRAs in their site’s activities
- providing support for Regional Study Managers in feasibility process
- creating study tools
- collecting, tracking and archiving clinical trials documents
- being responsible for SAEs management
- being responsible for safety notification in Poland
- ordering and distribution of study-related supplies
- arranging regional team meetings and taking minutes
- ensuring accesses for all IT systems using during study
- processing and tracking payments for Investigators and sites
