- Build a team of eBusiness Coordinators to EMEA Region
- Provide local leadership to the eBusiness Coordinator team and coordinate execution of tasks
- Ensure eBusiness Coordinator team consistently works towards achieving set targets for implementation, roll-out, operational stability, continuous improvement and strategic positioning of eBusiness systems and processes
- Function as main support and back-up for EMEA eBusiness Manager
- Coordinate and execute new implementations and roll-out of eBusiness tools throughout the EMEA region

Reporting Structure:
- Reporting to the EMEA eBusiness Manager, located in the European Shared Services Centre in Rotterdam, The Netherlands

- Provide business support for operational running, maintenance and improvement of new eBusiness tools and related business processes
- Establish, execute and continuously improve new and efficient work processes ensuring consistent service and high quality output according to service levels agreed with external and internal customers
- Support and execute new implementations and roll-out of eBusiness tools throughout the EMEA region
- Functional testing and validations including creation of test documents
- Monitor and solve issues with order interfaces caused by operational data or processes
- Set up and maintain training materials
