Establishing a corporate identity and marketing campaign
Defining the distribution and sales channels
Create a pricing policy for MICE and Corporate segments
Pre-opening sales activities
Preparation and implementation of the opening ceremony - "Grand Opening"
Preparation of the hotel for all types of inspections
Preparation and positioning the future hotel in the market
Developing and maintaining MICE & Corporate sales strategies
Arranging and hosting site inspections and familiarization trips
Attending trade shows and Industry events
Being knowledgeable of market, channels and competitor activity in MICE & Corporate segment
Compiling month end result reporting from the revenue plan
Completing activity reports on a weekly basis
Conducting and meeting required weekly quota of sales calls
Generating revenue from new and emerging markets
Growing revenue and managing existing accounts through contract validity
Implementing account development process to penetrate volume accounts and grow fair share for the hotel
Implementing rate strategy to MICE & Corporate segment
Maintaining and developing business plan and segment activities
Manage room allocation for clients

Ensures optimal compliance with corporate focus audit
