- leading tenders concerning maintaining of the building including 3YP and CAPEX, preparing agreements and schedules of works, coordinating the document flow, supervision above the efficient course of works
- management of short-term tenants budget
- coordination marketing actions and taking part in creating strategy
- current inspection of technical maintenance of the building, security and cleanliness services
- basic accounting service of the bureau
- supervision in the smooth functioning of boutiques in accordance with the Centre regulations
- current organization of the office

- preparing offers (costs, technical specification) for customers interested in purchase or yachts renovation works
- coordinating the cooperation with companies from the sailing industry

- coordination the edition works of the catalogue and DVD of the XV Jubilee Festival of Polish Video Clips Yach Film 2006;
- active seeking sponsors: arrange meetings, preparing barter offers for individual customers, signing contracts;
- organization of the photo session;
- leading hotel accreditation.
