Coding, validating and posting purchase invoices •Reconciling and checking Accounts Payable accounts to supplier statements • Dealing with all purchase enquires and processing all staff expense claims including review of mobile phone bills or IT spend ( a working knowledge of VAT and Tax rules on expenses payments) • Processing end of period routines, preparation of monthly reports • Helping to coordinate various financial process such as financial forecast, accruals, year-end closing and other financial reconciliations • Preparing supplier payment run • Assisting to updating cost schedules for budget/forecast purposes and reconciling certain accounts
