 Improving inventory accuracy for owned commodities (Resin, Packaging, PU materials)

 Responsible for matching materials deliveries with the associated purchase orders.

 Controlling resin stock holding within inventory reduction roadmap to maintain £1.2MK on Resin and £50K on packaging

 Managing bulk materials.

 Controlling and reporting to supplier/finance department consignment stock

 Inventory control – managing Min, Max stocks, MOQ, Kanban, Consignment

 Random inspection of materials received for quality assurance - goods received

 Managing and controlling materials flow to meet production demand and customer lead time

 Processing Supplier Schedules

 Dealing with number of suppliers across Europe and UK

 Calculating and reporting on delivery performance of suppliers

 Liaising with Suppliers – improving relationship with the suppliers with providing the weekly schedules and negotiating the best deals for the business

 Booking transport

 Forecasting and scheduling of all materials and components for all customers

 Managing the “open lines” accurately for the best Vendor performance measure
