- managing Recruitment tools and systems (Taleo, Avature, WorkDay)

- selecting CV and interviewing graduate and entry level candidates
- scheduling interviews with recruiters and managers
- managing Philips presence on job boards
- preparing job descriptions
- employer branding activities: contacting career center, cooperating and organisating job fairs
- preparing and coordinating campus recruitment activities for Philips in Poland
- managing the preparation and distribution Talent Acquisition Newsletter
- supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition CEE & Recruitment Team with all administrative tasks
- managing Recruitment tools and systems (Taleo)

- selection of candidates applications
- telephone screening candidates and scheduling the appointments/ face to face interviews
- managing the database of candidates
- supporting the consultants in recruitment process for the selected position
- coorganization and coordination the processes of recruitment
- formulating the advertisements and their updating
- participation in interviews and independent conversations with candidates with the participation of the Consultant
- providing feedback to candidates
- support in employees service (HR service) of temporary workers (including personal files)
