Senior Technical Documentation Developer (Right Hand)
* Coordinating documentation translations & localizations of projects:
- managing relations with translation and CMS system suppliers, document’s creators and Product Lines,
- supervising duly projects delivery,
- working with databases, documentation quality control,
- technical documentation projects management - implementation and localization of documents in CMS database,
* Supporting Team Manager:
- coordinating team work and supporting team members,
- leading business meetings, recruitment, training,
- finding solutions to improve team productivity and meet specific KPI’s,
- standing for the supervisor in his absence (including running current departments’ affairs),
- managing and developing of the „projects” excel database,
* Supporting Product Documentation Process Owner:
- providing of implementation of the service documentation updates,
- researching of the new markets when it comes to service requirements,
- communicating between project leaders, ensuring that all the requirements will be met,
- managing relations with marketing department, service suppliers and factories
* Creating and supervising advanced reports & statistics for department and management (such as productivity, time, costs, etc.), reports standardization and simplification.
