- Creating and managing candidates’ database
- Creating post desctription and ascertaining candidates’ prediltections
- Making and posting job announcements on social media
- Recruiting candidates by Direct Search, Exectiutive Search, Social Media, Networking
- Researching and selecting CVs
- Conducting phone and face-to-face job interviews
- Verifying candidates;’ competencies using competencies test and corrobarating references
- Recommending candidates for customers
- Providing feedback for all candidates
- Participating in recruitment fairs
- Providing an active suport in running the office – office equipment, mail, document folow

- Contacting outerach centers (for youth and families) and state-owned Institutions (orphanages, courts of justice, social services, police)
