Managing transition through all phases in compliance with Global Transition Methodology, project completion on time and within agreed budget, FTE validation, setting and maintaining transition plan, knowledge transfer tracker preparation and monitoring, onsite team management, change management- mapping, communicating and implementing, process harmonization as per Client’s global standards, risk identifying, mitigating and monitoring, SLA/KPIs setting, new tools and systems implementation, cooperation with local and global teams, both from Clients as well as within Infosys, including Project Sponsors/Program Managers and other Stakeholders, potential Client visit preparation.

Participation in onsite training sessions, daily reporting on Knowledge Transfer, detailed process documentation creation, process exceptions description, required process changes mapping, Process Definition (pre-training) with complete documentation, including Flow Charts, control, quality and system requirements.

Performance of AP daily tasks (invoice processing, payment execution, balance sheet accounts reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation, coordination of tasks held by Accounts Payable and Treasury, transition of AP processes from Italy to Poland, leading/managing team (group of 5 people).

Remote AP Transition (from UK), performance of AP/AR daily tasks, creation of orders in SAP, verification and processing of invoices, issuing sales invoices, setting -up and maintenance Vendor Master Data file, responsible for the balance sheet accounts reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation process.
