Fixed Assets:
• To create and update fixed assets master;
• To match un-posted transactions;
• To update transfers and receipts;
• To co-ordinate in new purchases and disposals;
• To verify disposals and pass transactions;
• To co-ordinate with accounts payable accountant and close purchase orders for new purchases;
• To maintain fixed assets transactions files;
• To run monthly depreciation in proof and final mode;
• To post fixed assets transactions;
• To generate fixed assets data files;
• To co-ordinate with projects fixed assets controllers;
• To participate in physical stock take;
• To co-ordinate in the regular maintenance of fixed assets;
• To assist senior accountant;
• To generate reports;
• To ensure all equipment & vehicle and settlement at all claims with insurance company & with third party as per company policies.
• To coordinate with insurance companies & loss accessories whereover applicable for the inspection of accidental equipment.
• To ensure the proper entries in the fixed asset register on the sale, scrap, transfer, split, purchase of asset as per asset policy & asset module.
