■ Ultimately responsible for all country business from an Operations perspective
■ Owner of team KPI’s for operational delivery for the specific region/s, devising and distributing weekly/monthly performance reports to the business
■ Work with the Head of Sales Operations to set and promote the vision and goals for the Operations team as a whole
■ Collaborate with peer group across Markets to ensure a consistent approach in all operational aspects
■ Main decision maker on all operations process and policy approvals
■ Ensure continuous performance management and development within the teams
■ Collaborate with sales and connecting teams to solve problems escalating from day-to-day management. Partner with subordinate managers to develop appropriate feedback and present effective solutions
■ Drive relevant Yahoo! projects considering all operational aspects and communicating preferred process across the group
■ Encourage ongoing improvements to the campaign process and workflow to improve overall delivery and optimization
■ Work closely with connecting Y! teams to ensure best practices are agreed upon, communicated and delivered across teams
■ Maintain an up to date understanding of market/industry trends

■ Deliver client service level agreements and KPIs
■ Ensure CSRs are delivering individual targets
■ Maximise productivity
■ Report and distribute management information highlighting areas for improvement and those of concern and opportunity
■ Recommend and implement operational process and platforms improvement
■ Appraise and develop staff
■ Work towards and implement best practice
■ Deliver the required volume of effective coaching
