Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Delivering high quality candidates through active research:
▪ Provide high quality of service and customer satisfaction Headhunt and perform direct acquisition of candidates
▪ Deliver high quality candidates through recruitment activities via social media and internal databases in accordance with business needs:
- Direct acquisition of candidates from external databases and social media Register and select CVs
- Search for candidates in SiiRM’s database, contact and engage candidates in Sii recruitment processes
- Conduct screening interviews via phone or Skype
- Register new candidates and CVs in SiiRM
- Update detailed information about candidates in SiiRM after making contact
- Build and maintain long-term relationship with candidates
- Correct candidates’ and ex-workers’ CVs Sii
- Provide support in creating and publishing job ads
- Find new sources of acquisition of candidates
▪ Perform activities related to Employer Branding and marketing campaigns
▪ Organize and participate in job fairs, workshops and conferences
▪ Perform labour market analysis in accordance with business needs
▪ Participate in HQ Recruitment’s projects as a Key User
▪ Carry out ongoing activities aiming at improving recruitment efficiency
▪ Act as Assigned SPOC for BU/CC in Site
