- Support analysts in the resolution of cash and/or security breaks in a timely manner;
- Prepare applicable reporting to internal and external entities;
- Monitor aged and other exception items / breaks in the reconciliations.

- Performing transaction processing, quality control and reporting functions in accordance with applicable International Transfer Agency policies & procedures;
- Analyzing and solving business process issues;
- Introduction trainings for new employees and coaching inside the Team;
- Assisting in system testing and process streamlining initiatives;
- Participating and providing feedback to business process and procedural realignment projects;
- Producing and submitting timely and accurate operational reports and other data in accordance with International Transfer Agency policies and standards;
- Participating in the implementation of new global transfer agency platform;
- Creating transactions reports for banks and clients;
- Responsible for transfer of process and workflow of financial transactions from Frankfurt office;
- Giving workflow improvement ideas, updating and creating related policies and procedures;

- dealing with office administration and documents preparation;
- direct cooperation with advertising agencies;
- contact with clients and external supporting companies, corporate events organization;
- direct contact with Executive Board;

- getting familiar with rules of bookkeeping;
- monthly and weakly reports of sales, analysis of media consumption and other costs;
- documents verification according to received guidelines;
