- Monitoring & collecting current market information
- Creating & maintaining a centralized knowledge database
- Supplier Business Allocation (proposal & support for negotiations)
- Support Supplier Partnership Programs in Cost, Carbon and Customer Service

- Analysis of optimization opportunities amongst clients based in Spain and Portugal
- Daily transport planning and optimization of all primary transport loads from Spain and Portugal
- Carrier performance monitoring (KPIs) on a monthly basis
- Master data management
- Monthly distribution of pre-invoices and performance appraisal indicators (KPI) to dedicated Transport Service Providers
- Implementation of Intermodal solutions within the region and key customers

- Processing transport orders coming from customers/requestors and daily communication with customers (factories, suppliers) in Portugal and Spain
- Taking part in optimization projects
- Maintaining relationships on operational level between Operation Centre members and customers (factories, suppliers)
- Coordination of information flow between customers, Operations Centre and
Transport Service Providers
