Information Technology Projects Management for strategic projects for Data Center and consumer business in EMEA Region related to middleware servers, WebSphere, SOA solutions, TIBCO, Command Center, integration services and other IT technology infrastructure services that support applications implementation and applications migration projects; managing global teams located in Asia, Europe and US; working from Singapore for 7 months for one of the key focus program - managing IT infrastructure and applications project teams.

Project Analyst in EMEA PMO responsible for:
Administer programmes/projects management applications and tools used by Project Management Office
Provide support and guidance on project management processes, procedures, tools and techniques
Ensure proper use of systems, tools and methodologies as well as work collaboratively with Project Managers to achieve projects health
Conduct projects health-checks
Quality Assurance management
Effectively utilize corporate PM methodology to ensure quality and standards across all EMEA technology infrastructure projects
Management of initiative projects phase
Cooperation with Global Project Management Office
Monitor and report programmes/ projects status and performances to the GPMO
Create financial reports
Track, document and report programmes/ projects issues and risks
Analysing processes and initiating changes
High quality standards coordination in daily work according to global and security technology policy.

Provide support for Project Manager; quality control and support project process management; contribute to requirements, risk schedule, and change control; create project documentation including project plan; develop communication plans, tools and templates; develop awareness of Project Management techniques; support management of requirements and scope; implementation of PeopleSoft Enterprise Application (localization of application).

Analytical and specialist support to improve work for business development and management level; providing an essential researches and analysis, reports, strategic presentations; taking part in designing, developing and delivering of proposals for the clients; preparing documentation for proposal development; gathering IT market related information; increase market branch identify, giving guidelines in some specific areas.
