IT Service Delivery Manager
Managing implementation of technology services and delivery across the region for the Consumer business;
Managing and delivery of regional productivity objectives;
Driving implementation of key strategic cost savings initiatives, new cloud solutions that result with lower technology cost and ensure better efficiency;
Responsible for the transition of Projects and Large Service Improvement Projects into the EMEA Production Management function with the key objective of assuring 'operational readiness' when a new or updated IT Service is deployed;

Managing and understanding the current and future business demands for services and working with CTI Capacity Teams to produce a capacity profile that enables decisions to be made on future growth or reduction of the infrastructure.

IT Project Manager
Information Technology Projects Management for strategic projects for Data Center and consumer business in EMEA Region related to middleware servers, WebSphere, SOA solutions, TIBCO, Command Center, integration services and other IT technology infrastructure services that support applications implementation and applications migration projects; managing global teams located in Asia, Europe and US; working from Singapore for 7 months for one of the key focus program - managing IT infrastructure and applications project teams.
