Team Leader Talent Acquisition - Poland & CEE
- managing the team of Recruitment Advisors located on site and off site to ensure RPO service delivery to the Client
- end to end recruitment including briefings with hiring managers, talent attraction, sourcing, selection & assessment - CV screening and interviews and offer management
- proactive engagement with the business to understand their current and future needs and liaise with the Talent Attraction team to pipeline and build talent pools accordingly
- managing stakeholder relationships with line managers, HR and department heads - management of third party suppliers where necessary
- planning and driving the recruitment cycle, being aware of upcoming roles and completing the active roles with the best quality candidates whilst meeting internal and customer performance objectives
- identifying the recruitment challenges faced by the client and providing a solution in the most cost effective and timely manner whilst exceeding quality drivers
- advising and challenging the business on best practice
- looking to drive continuous improvements across the client by taking an active engagement within the customer, within our business and using external knowledge from the market-place
- undertaking post recruitment reviews to ascertain client and candidate satisfaction and using the data to improve recruitment processes
- generation of timely and accurate data through ATS or CRM system
- responsible for ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met
