- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical IT roles: elaborating job descriptions, direct sourcing & building pipeline of candidates, screening, sending recommendations to hiring managers, extending offers & hiring the successful candidates
- Present and promote our consultant(s)
- Close the deal
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates and suppliers

- Identify and search for new IT consultants company
- Schedule meetings with IT consulting companies
- Database administration and updates
- Support of day-to-day operation of the Company
- Support of sales activities
- Support of advertising and marketing activities of the Company
- Take care of relations with IT consultants and IT consulting companies

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for recruitment process for IT, Telco, Banking and Financial Services (end-to-end)
- Sourcing active candidates from databases, contact lists etc., as well as sourcing passive candidates through networking and complex internet research
- Building future candidates pipelines using networks and online resourcing tools
- Managing recruitment administration tasks including the database updating, interview scheduling, candidate feedback etc.
- Interviewing and selecting candidates
- Managing candidates relationships and constantly improving relationships

Responsibilities:
- Participation in meetings concerning the setting of action plans in individual projects, setting profiles of the candidates sought;
- Editing and publishing announcements;
- Pre-selection of applications;
- Conducting preliminary telephone interviews;
- Organizing meetings with potential candidates;
- Participation in recruitment meetings (conducting some recruitment meetings);
- Work on the company's internal programs.
