Few days ago when saying goodbye to the 2015 we mention some of our prospects and plans for the 2016. Today we would like to present our project Synapse, which is our main goal for next few months.
We want to provide ERP system, which we named Synapse. It is not only an idea, it is a real product we are already working on for some time and want to focus on it in next 3 months, so hopefully soon you can test it and enjoy using.
Below we present descryprtion of Synapse, highlighting its main points. We hope you would enjoy idea and support it and also share all your comments, ideas, critics and opinions. We do it for you, so your opinions are most important and can help us develop a system, which you would like.
Synapse is a modular ERP system operating in the cloud for a monthly fee, where the user pays defined amount for each chosen module.
The software installable version is also available.
After logging into the system user can mark modules which he would like to use, choosing from 9 options as follows:
1. sCMS (security CMS)- safe content management system, which is dedicated mainly for users actively running websites, online shops, blogs and involved in any kind of publishing. Among other capacities of this system the user can find autoresponder and function of simultaneous content publishing in many places. The monthly fee amount is $150 for each active module, when hosted on our servers. Price for the installable version with the contract of guarantee stands at $5000.
2. 3DC (Business Domain Control) – innovative system for processing audits combined with mobile application, which provides wide range of options to auditor. It improves his work, makes it faster and more effective, what conducts to profits increase for our customer. Monthly fee for subscribed option is $500 and price for installable version with the contract of guarantee is $10 000.
3. 3ST (Business Security Testing) – is a tool for automatic safety vulnerabilities detection. The user execute test by himself and in a result receives a report describing all vulnerabilities found in his systems, applications and websites. Price for the system is $500 monthly fee or $10000 for the installable software.
4. 3PP (Business Professional Planer) – is an application enabling creation of the BMC for the company. It allows to define partners, key activities, resources, values of the company, customer contact canals, sales channels, customers segments, which the company could offer solutions, also revenue streams and cost of activities. Monthly fee for application access is $50 and the cost of buying software is $1000.
5. 3PM (Business Project Management) – is a system which enables efficient project management and task assignment for particular departments and individuals. The system allows to control task execution time, define priority and deadline for a task. It simplifies management and employers controlling in a large company with automatic information about finished actions. The price depends on the amount of people engaged into project and stands at $50 monthly for each user or $250 for each user with an installable software.
6. 3FM (Business Finance Management) – is created for finance management in the company. It enables creating any number of portfolios, controlling the financial assets and monitoring the internal cash flow. This system is also support for those investing in few different ventures at the same time. Price for the system is $50 monthly for each person involved and $1000 for person with installable software.
7. 3SM (Business Subscription Management) – is a tool for managing the subscriptions. It allows to setup free or paid subscription on the website, to create mailing list and to collect charges. As it stands for all systems we provide, also this one keeps highest standards of safety. Price for an access is $100 monthly and $2000 for the installable software.
8. ACP (Analysis of credit portfolios) – is a system which carry out the analysis and enables creating report of credit portfolios. Installation price $40 000. This product is dedicated for banks and other financial institutions.
9. ADP (Analysis of deposit portfolios) - is a system which carry out the analysis and enables creating report of deposit portfolios. Installation price $40 000. This product is dedicated for banks and other financial institutions.
Each module presented above includes elements of gamification. Providing data (adding, deleting and edition) and also using selected system elements like articles, news, services is awarded with points and rated.
The full image of user activities including visited pages of our website, actions, used modules and services is sent to the data bases. Relaying on this information, other data from the user’s account and geo-location behavioural algorithms create users profile. If the user also completes his account information with some more data downloaded from other services (eg. CV from LinkedIn and Facebook, projects from GitHub), he reaches the usage of high-level HR algorithms, which are able to learn basing on users’ profiles and companies choices.
In a result each element of the system shall fit itself to each user with applicated AI algorithms. If the user would also share his biometric data, it will be send to the system, match with their interests found on the website basing on his behaviour and shall enrich profile information.
Besides providing these services we observe and study hacking attacks as it happens, according to which we prepare threats report. Our goal is to equip our system with highest level security features.
