• providing research in the application of new technology and techniques to production equipment and developing external resources for new equipment or technology.
• assisting in design and fabrication of new assembly lines
• coordinating delivery, installation and commissioning of new purchased equipment

• improving and adjusting brand new automated systems, dedicated for production machines, based on the SIEMENS S7-300 controllers and SIEMENS HMI
• creating, implementing and improving new concepts of robotized workstations based on Kawasaki industrial robots (painting, palletizing)
• designing, assembling and wiring electrical cabinets of the robot–machine interfaces
• leading commissioning of new purchased equipment
• coordinating production machines renovations and maintenance

Creating new concepts/prototypes of automated coating machines, dedicated to the EEx area, used in covering mechanical parts by adhesive materials for automotive industry, consisting of:
• working out project guidelines according to client’s requirements
• creating the 3D/2D machine projects (in the CAD Alibre/Geomagic Design, Solid Edge, AutoCAD)
• matching components (of electrics, automatics, pneumatics) and designing the entire machine control system:
- working out and selecting technology of machine parts manufacturing
- designing electrical documentation of machines and machines’ control cabinets using IGE+XAO SEE Electrical software
- programming PLC (S7-200/300/1200, BECKHOFF), and HMI devices using: SIEMENS SIMATIC STEP7, WinCC Flexible 2008, TIA PORTAL, BECKHOFF TwinCAT software
- designing pneumatic documentation of machines using FESTO FluidDraw software
• supervising and planning all the machine construction stages:
- mechanical works
- electrical works (wiring, electrical cabinets assembling)
- machines painting
- final assembled machine testings
• supervising: machine modernizations and renovations

Assembling components of: electrical TÜNKERS MoVi bicycles, Airport Scooters, electrical wheelchairs and conveyors.
