• Warehouse Management:
In control of any stock coming in and going out from the Warehouse. Managing a few Warehouse Assistants and achieving an excellent stock and quality control, introducing new procedures and organizing the job. Liaison between Product Manager, Wholesale Manager, Retail Manager and Accountant. Reporting directly to Managing Director and Product Manager any discrepancy or faults between quality and quantity.
• Invoicing:
Main responsible person for invoicing Wholesale accounts and producing Credit and Exchange Notes.
• Accounts Distribution Management:
Managing distribution for over one hundred wholesale accounts from the UK, Ireland, Italy, France, Germany, Australia, Hong Kong and East Europe markets as well as Retailers such as: JAMES LAKELAND SHOPS AND CONCESSIONS, JOHN LEWIS, HARRODS, HOUSE OF FRASER STORES, HOF ECOMMERCE, TKMAXX, AMAZON, COSTCO, BENTALLS, QVC, HARDING RETAIL (cruise ships), JD WILLIAMS, GARDEN CENTRE, COIN (ITALY), BOX2, BRANDALLEY.CO.UK, SECRETSALES.COM, PRIVALIA.COM, HSE24.
Organizing and optimizing all delivery processes from Suppliers to Company Warehouse and to Customers. Cost cutting in all delivery expenses, valuating best offers from the Shipment Company. Dealt with major Domestic and Worldwide transport companies such as TNT – FEDEX – UPS – ALPI – PARCELFORCE – DHL – PHOENIX – ICR - GEMINI - UNIQUE FREIGTH and many others.
• Sales and Buying
Primary point of contact for key accounts helping with arranging production for them and taking care of the whole deliveries on time.
Selling direct to Wholesale accounts on forward order and reorder stage.
Preparing periodic sales and profitability reports for Company Director following constantly the selling stage.
Attending exhibitions as exhibitor, visitor or buyer such as PURE (London), MODA (Birmingham), WHO’S NEXT (Paris), CANTON FAIR (China).
• Production and Garment Development Control:
Managing the sampling stage for collections. Developing the final product, dealing with orders quantity, delivery windows and orders placing with suppliers. Doing re-orders according to needs for Wholesale Accounts & Retailers. Quality control checks.
• Internal Coordinator:
Reporting directly to Company Director. Manager, Supervising Concession & Shops Manager on setting up new collection for sales and distribution and delivery times. Primary point of contact for any garment enquiry for all Company areas.
• Track it – Electronic Point Of Sale (EPOS)
Optimising the order process, sale information, stock control and invoices process by introducing TRACK IT barcode System. Responsible for training staff on system procedures and helping develop system on the special needs and requirements of the company. Updating information about new collections, suppliers and wholesale customer accounts, etc.
• Customer care:
Primary point of contact for any enquiry regarding Reorders, Exchanges, Returns, quality and Deliveries.
