• Initiating and managing projects by Lean Six Sigma methodology,
• NPI department support with speed & FTE to new products,
• Organization of machines, workplace and productivity tools, collaboration with external contractors,
• Cooperation and replacement Value Stream Leader, coordinating the work of subordinate team,
• Coordination of the move products between production lines,
• Calculation and optimization of the production norms and operators,
• Coordination and creating a safe working environment.

Achievements:
• Re allocation of machines in production flor resulted was space optimization and release of 770m2 production area within 3 months - project methodology Project Management - Lean Advanced Certification.
• Increasing the efficiency of testing lamp drivers: HF-Essential on the functional testing process by 50% within 6 months - the methodology of Six Sigma project - Certification Lean Six Sigma Green Belt,
• Improve productivity for Inca LED Driver by 30% within 6 months - project methodology Value Stream Mapping.

• Design testing tools for the NPI department,
• Design tools for the process department (soldering, encasing, testing),
• Design tools for the testing reliability department,
• Design and improvement of production equipment for the Maintenance department,

• Design and relase firs jig – tester for LED square and linear panel: White Box, Fernando etc,
• Reduced costs of tooling for transporting system in the inline functional tester by 75% in 4 months,
• Building capabilities for the manufacturing testing tools for ICT tester, the scope of the project:
o competence in the field of programming testing tools,
o competence in the field of wiring test probes,
o competence in the field of manufacturing bed of nails.
