Achievements:
• Increased efficiency of the papermaking machine – the OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) value reached 91% in December 2016, with the adopted monthly target being 82.3%
• Consumables cost optimisation by 20% in 2016 relative to 2015
• Introduction of the 4S system
• Upgrade of a part of the machine (pulsation damper upstream of the head box) – the enlargement of the damper eliminated the problem of air escaping from the head box and significantly improved the papermaking machine efficiency

• Achieving the maximum efficiency of the RFMIIE printer – 10,000 sheets per hour
