Adam Kowalski

- Managing 4 teams covering Europe, Middle East and Africa (over 50 people in 5 locations: Gdynia, Exeter, London, Tel Aviv and Moscow.
- Direct management of Team Leaders and Specialists in the region (team of 15 people)
- Budget- responsibility for delivering on Financial targets, control over headcount, equipment, travel & learning expenses in the region
- Accountability for service and quality results of the Production Teams based in EMEA region
- Direct Contacts for building relationships with main customers of Fixed Income Data worldwide (Including CitiBank, BlackRock, Risk Metrics, Tradeweb).
- Cooperation with Fixed Income Business - implementation of FI growth strategy
- Working as a member of Global Team, day-to day cooperation with peers in London, New York, Bangalore, Beijing and Singapore
- Organization of regular meetings and town halls for the team.
- Member of Site Management Team in Gdynia, Manager on Call for Fixed Income teams in EMEA

- Recruitment and ensuring proper training of Gdynia FI team
- Delivering entry-levle trainings for new starters in the team
- Accountability for Quality and Customer Service results of Fixed Income Markets maintained in Gdynia (Including Western Europe, CEE and CIS)
- Control over the day-to-day Production Workflow and learning budget for the team

- Sourcing timely information, direct contacts with Treasuries, Banks, Stock Exchanges and other financial Institutions in Austria, Germany and Switzerland
- Analyzing Debt Market and Processing FI data on German-speaking countries
- Conducting data validation and processing Quality Checks
