Achievements:

I led a critical tax compliance project on VAT, in order to resubmit tax returns of two main entities for a 14 months period. Supervising a team of consultants I helped to perform detailed field work and checks. The successfully completed project reduced dramatically GE risk in terms of tax compliance.

Using the skills I have acquired in my accounting profession I created the concept that led to the development and implementation of the Economical Control System (ECS). This system was used for the collection of data from the company‘ other systems. The project was successfully completed with the possibility of future extensions. Thanks to the project, Budimex Dromex S.A. significantly improved controlling possibilities and avoided uncontrolled payments, purchase orders and non-compliance clauses in contracts, controls cash flow and other economic issues within the company.
