Senior Sales Manager - 3rd Party Logistics
MISSION
Working locally from the Warsaw office and reporting to the Country Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for the development of sales and International trade lines between Poland and other European destinations. Some of the major duties will include:
- Development, supervision and co-ordination of the sales and business strategies for both the International and Domestic market
- Management of the logistics and sales processes
- Conducting different sales projects independently, gaining key clients and maintaining high-level customer service relationships
- Building and management of a small operations team and monitoring the forwarding processes
- Other tasks as required to develop a strong local presence
REQUIREMENTS
Some of the requirements you may need for this job:- University Degree in relevant area (Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing)
- At least 5 years of solid management experience within Freight Forwarding industry
- Sound experience and knowledge of the local logistics industry and global environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Polish mother tongue, fluent English
