Head of Reward CEE - for a leading professional services firm
Responsibilities:
The role concerns reward and recognition processes in all CEE countries. The main area of responsibility will be to provide regional support and advice to the business on reward related issues. The role will involve providing support and primarily working with a designated line of service in addition to providing support for other lines of service during the busy periods and for project work.
The role will include:
- Working with the relevant Leaders within territories in the region to ensure that they are able to fully support business requirements in the development and implementation of a reward and recognition strategy.
- Taking responsibility for managing and interpreting reward market intelligence for client groups, using established salary surveys, and liaising with external and internal recruitment for base pay and total cash information and trends.
- Producing timely reports on overall salary review spend and other key management information including modelling using formulas, graphs, charts, etc.
- Using external benchmark data to develop and ensure affordability of salary matrices for salary review purposes.
- Job evaluation using the Hay methodology (training will be provided, as required).
- Keeping up to-date with relevant standards, legislative and regulatory changes and other policy developments and processes in so far as they impact reward and remuneration.
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- University education in relevant area (HR, law)
- Several years of successful experience in handling a broad range of human resources management activities at a Pan-European level
- Good understanding of reward issues and processes in the context of consulting business and people strategies
- Particular expertise in reward and recognition area, possibly experience at a senior Reward Manager position
- Ability to co–create a short and longer term reward and recognition strategy with the business
- Readiness to occasional travel to CEE locations
- Fluent English, Polish is an advantage
