My responsibility is all Maflow Group.

In May 2011 I have been appointed as a CEO of Maflow Group, which consists of plants located in Poland (3 plants), Italy (2plants), Spain, France, China, Brazil, and India. The entire Group employs over 2400 employees and is the first entity in Poland that have homogeneous production plants in such a wide geographical scope. Maflow main customers are: VW, BMW, Audi, JLR, Volvo, RNA, PSA, Fiat, GM, Scania. The area of my work is to build strategy for the whole Group as well as the whole activities connected with operational issues.

Maflow tourover is around 160 mln euro and more then 2400 people around the World.

•Managed multiple tax optimization, tax audit projects
•Represented clients in front of Tax Authorities and Administrative Courts
•Specialization in tax optimization with use of international tax structure, special tax documentation, tax procedures
•Joining Tax Advisory practice and PhD studies proposed as first one in Poland, complete and standard model for tax risk management that should be used in public companies and large capital groups
•The model has been implemented in other roles to a large extant
