Pre-Production Quality Engineering Group Supervisor – Customer Satisfaction
- Manage the PPQE team in terms of project assignments and personal development (training plan, PBP)
- Continuously improve the PPQE quality process according Customers requirements and ISO TS / VDA standards
- Ensure use of all PDP steps, by regular reviews and feedback to program teams
- Be the first escalation point in case of Quality related issues, internally or in front of the Customer.
- Assist the Engineering center in developing new products by giving quality feedback (FMEA, QP, DPS, etc…)
- Be the Customer arm in implementing Customer specific tools and requirements
- Coordinate the monthly Program Milestone Reviews (LRX) for all programs developed globaly and ensure that the process is under control
- Report the Quality tasks and metrics on regional and global level
- Being the advocate of Lessons Learned and ensure that experience on programs is capitalized and forwarded on new similar programs
- Drive with Program/Project Mgr Risk Assessment in relevant phases of the program (escalation process)
- Participate to Contract/Quote reviews (Quality related matters)
- Manage department budget (expenses and payroll) including forecasting, gap analyze and resolution of discrepancies’ if any

- cooperate and support in the design engineering and prodcution teams in developing new products (FMEA, DPS, PCP, etc…)
- represent the Customer in implementing Customer specific tools (Track APQP schedules, open items and quality of results in assign projects for particular OEMs)
- support Initial Samples submission process (PPAP …)
- participate to the Program Milestone Reviews (program PDP) for all programs assigned. Manage quality related gates
- ensure KCDS (KPI – Key process indicator and KPC – Key Product/Process Characteristic) are understood, controlled and integrated efficiently
- drive with Program Leader Risk Assessment (PED, PMR, FMEA’s)
- development, verification and releasing product quality documentation for products developed in EC and I&DI business lines for assigned projects with respect to particular customers’ requirements
- represent Voice of the Customer, direct contact with Customer
- ensure that all Customer Requirements are properly understand and implemented
