• Communication between FMC Technologies and suppliers regarding incoming documentation
• Communication with suppliers regarding delivery schedule to meet the deadline of project inception
• Handling of internal requests and sending back information to suppliers
• Follow up of approved Purchase Orders and related documents from suppliers and upload of documents into SAP
• General overlook over incoming supplier documents according to requirements and other instructions
• Support of Purchasing and Quality team on Supplier Master Document Registration process
• Control and follow up of general document updates in SAP and E-plan for deliveries to Customer
• Distributes general documents update to Customer with transmittal
• Follows up of other tasks within Customer Support

Additional Responsibilities:

• Liaising with Continuous Improvement Team to prepare Flow Analysis of Document Control Process
• Leading Continuous Improvement brainstorming meetings for Document Control team
• Preparation of ideas and solutions to improve communication between FMC Technologies and suppliers, presentation of this solutions to management

• Follow up of approved Purchase Orders and related documents from suppliers and upload into
• Upload of approved Material Record Books and other supplier documents into SAP
• Control and follow up of general document updates in SAP and E-plan for deliveries to Customer
• Digitize hardcopy archive materials into SAP
• Follow up of other tasks within Customer Support

• Support Quality Engineer of Project Department:
- Preparing quality instructions, book of defects and forms
- Preparation of laboratory test
- Supporting PVP by monitoring laboratory tests according to customer specifications
- Preparing samples for tests and measurements
- Samples quality measurements
- Final preparation of initial component samples
- Organizing and preparing component reworks
• Support Technology Engineer of Project Department:
- Helping in full production day organization by checking and preparing components
- Measuring takt time on production line during the full production day
- Preparing technology instructions
- Organizing pre-serial production
• Organizing non-serial shipments
• Flow charts preparation for specific projects
• Contact with defined customers
• Conducting 5s audits on project platforms and productions areas

• Preparing offers documents
• Helping in operative communication with clients
• Selecting logistics documents ( logistic unloading areas)
