I am wondering how it is possible that England's national team will not play on Euro 2008. Two English teams (Chelsea Londyn and Manchester United) played in Champions League Final. In my opinion they have the strongest league in Europe. What do You think about it ?

That's an easy one.

The Premier league is the richest league in Europe.

Only a minority of the players in this league are actually English, however.

I heard the "Tatar"s, but they are not muslims as far as I know and I'm not sure whether they are classified as 'minority' or not.
Do you have the administrative info about it?

As far as I know from immigration office, there's not 'muslim minority' in Poland. There are Armenians, Jews etc, but no muslim minority.

Tartars are Muslims, and they are a small but long-standing minority in Poland.

"Ethnic groups" and "minority" are 2 different things.
And to my knowledge, I am (as I am a Muslim) not under the classification of minority, and laws applying for minorities doesn't apply to me.
I think I am clear enough?
Maybe I can look for some administrative documents...

You haven't understood me.

I didn't mean that the players in the England team didn't play in the English league, but rather that the league is so strong because of players from abroad, and not specifically English players.
